Capgemini Ernst & Young is a global consulting company. They offer services globally in the areas of strategy, systems integration, systems development, design and outsourcing. The company is located in more than 30 countries and in Sweden alone there are 12 offices, from Malmö to Luleå.
The main objective for implementing Adra Match Accounts was time-saving and to remove some of the challenges that occurred with manual reconciliation processing. Capgemini’s period close timeframe is only 2 days, and these two days were largely utilized reconciling the accounts manually in Excel. Now this is achieved in around two hours thanks to Adra Match Accounts.
Easy to learn
The users felt that the software was easy to learn. A consultant from Adra Match helped with the installation, the configuration and training them on how to use the software efficiently. Altogether this was done in less than one day. There were some insecurities initially when it came to handling imports, and replacing manual reconciliations with an automated system. However, these were soon dispelled through early use of the system. Capgemini were please to learn how easy it was to undo reconciliations and correct them if there had been some erroneous mis-matching. It was easy for them to understand the process of automatic reconciliation, since it is the same workflow as when done manually.
