Initial Consultation
The objective of the initial consultation is for Adra Match to get to understand your business processes, your challenges, and your goals in order that we can identify and propose benefits specific to your individual business needs. It is also to share with you information on our business, our reconciliation technology solutions, and some of the benefits similar companies among our 3,000 clients have gained.
Pre-Implementation Workshop
Through a detailed workshop we work closely with our client’s business process experts to review and document possible areas for improvement in your reconciliation processes. This will cover efficiency, reporting, control and compliance. The workshop will be managed by an Adra Match consultant and in partnership with appropriate personnel from your finance department, IT and other with relevant areas of your business. This session will result in a detailed report describing the current reconciliation processes and a detailed solution proposal for how to make these more efficient and effective.
Installation Of Reconciliation Software
Installation of Adra Match Accounts can be completed by the customer or by your Adra Match Consultant. It is simple to implement and requires minimal IT resource – an advantage in these days of scarce IT resources. Following installation, your Adra Match Consultant will ensure the system is fully tested prior to productive use.
Training and UAT
On-site training, conducted in small classes by your Adra Match Consultant will ensure your employees begin use confident in their use of the software and the results generated. Adra Match Accounts is simple to use and requires less than one day of training for effective use. Your Adra Match Consultant will be pleased to support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process prior to switching into productive use.
Post-Sales Engagement
Adra Match wishes to ensure that processes are constantly optimized and enhanced where possible. We want to ensure that our customers are taking full advantage of the opportunities to reconcile their accounts automatically whether related to bank, intercompany, supplier, payroll or other account or system based reconciliations. This is done through periodic visits from Adra Match where we seek to review your successes, optimize the solution, and seek feedback to further develop the solution to drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements. This may also be combined with training of new or additional users and advanced training of existent users where required.
