Board member

Steen has 20 years of experience as the CEO of IT company Maersk Data. He has also worked as a management consultant and professional board member specialising with strategy, mergers and acquisitions. He has worked as Strategy Director at Danish shipping and oil conglomerate AP Møller – Maersk. He has also held posts as Finance Director at Disa, Maersk Data and travel specialists Tjaereborg.

Steen currently works as an independent consultant and professional board member. In addition to Adra Match, Steen holds board positions with the following companies: Chairman of K/S Strandlodsvej 15 & 48 (Denmark), and board member of Sonlinc A/S (Denmark), Nordic International Holding AS (Norway), ComX A/S (Denmark), Aktieselskabet af 26. Marts 2003 (Denmark). Member of Portfolio Group, Kombit A/S (Denmark).

Previously, he has been retained as external Chairman for Zoomio A/S, Nordicom A/S Peter Justesten A/S and Keops A/S, and as external board member for Scalepoint Ltd and Solarcap A/S.
